Check availability

Tell us your dates & addresses

Send your availability request. We’ll confirm availability, dates, and addresses, then send the appropriate payment link. Your payment secures the booking; an availability response alone does not confirm it.

Availability is not confirmed until Cascade reviews your request.

A $50 reservation prepayment holds your reservation and is credited toward your total rental price. It is not a refundable security deposit and is not returned at the end of the rental.

Both delivery and pickup addresses are checked before confirmation.

This payment policy applies only to new bookings made after this update is published. Existing bookings keep their agreed terms. Read the full Terms of Service

Maximum 3 extra totes per package. For more totes, choose a larger package. Extensions are not added when booking. Contact Cascade before the rental ends for a rate based on your package and equipment.

4Final details

Before you send

This is an availability request, not a confirmed reservation. We will confirm availability, dates, and both addresses, then send the secure $50 reservation prepayment link. Your booking is confirmed only once the $50 payment is received. The $50 is credited toward your rental total, not refunded at the end of the rental.
